Saurabh is the principal founder of Ariston Advisory Group. He has the responsibility of the firms overall operations. He has been associated with the real estate industry for the past four years. Before Ariston, he has served in one of the premier International Property Consultancy called Knight Frank. He specialises in drafting project feasibility studies, preparing comprehensive business strategies and recommending appropriate product mix for real estate developments. He has delivered numerous assignments in all possible sectors of real estate during his stint in the industry. While working for some of the big names in the business like Reliance, IL& FS, Hero Honda, DS Constructions, Shapoorji Pallonji and Sahara India, he has sharpened his analytical skills and gathered immense experience in real estate consulting.

SURBHI KOHLI

Senior Consultant

Surbhi has been associated with Ariston for the last one year. She has four years of experience as a Market Research Analyst while working for organisations like Market RX and Knight Frank. Her expertise lies in analysing and quantifying demand supply dynamics of the real estate market. She leads the research team and looks after database management. She doubles up by looking after the Business Development activities as well. Surbhi is a management post graduate in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad.

ASHISH ARORA

Ashish has been associated with Ariston since May 2009. He is an expert in drafting Business Plans and Marketing Strategies. Prior to joining Ariston, he had served in eValueserve. As a consultant, his primary role in the organisation is execution of projects. His special skills in strategy consulting is bound to be of great boon to the clients. He is an Electrical Engineer by qualification. He had graduated from the elite, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee).

JATIN KUKREJA

Jatin has been associated with Ariston since October 2007. He is an Electrical Engineer graduated from IIT Roorkee. He has been actively involved in the core activities of the firm. His competency lies in forming comprehensive business strategies for clients making an entry into the real estate industry. He has served companies like eValueserve and Smart Analyst where his role was that of a Business Analyst. Over a period of 4 years, he has developed various financial tools for project optimisation and revenue estimation.

GAURAV JAIN

Gaurav is an architect by profession. He has studied architecture from the renowned IIT Roorkee. He has polished his skills as an architect while working for big names like Hafeez Contractor, Jaiswal & Associates and Bose International. He has joined Ariston as a Consultant and has brought with him his quality experience in the field of architecture and planning. He specialises in designing appropriate product mixes for real estate projects.

RANJAN KAPOOR

(B.Com, Delhi University)

Ranjan is a commerce graduate from Delhi University. Over a period of 4 years he has developed himself into a dynamic marketing expert by working with organisations like NAI and Knight Frank. He specialises in commercial leasing and the other agency services. For the past 4 years, he has been closely tracking the market movements in the real estate industry of North India. He has also closed transactions with various multinationals in Delhi NCR and hence has the expertise in understanding the consumer psychographics. In short, he understands the nerve of the industry. He is the latest addition in Team Ariston. His role in the firm is to network with the property brokers in various cities, thereby helping the research team in maintenance of the database and also to act as a bridge between the research and consulting departments.
